What is fiduciary duty?
Asst Prof Ben Charoenwong from the Dept of Finance at NUS Business School explained that fiduciary duty is an ethical and legal relationship of trust between two people and it is the highest standard of legal care that requires full disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest.
