What is herding?

Dr Zhang Weina, Senior Lecturer and Assoc Prof Ruth Tan, both from the Dept of Finance at NUS Business School explained that herding behaviour is where people act in the same way or adopt similar behaviours as the people around them and discussed the dangers and benefits of herding behaviour.
