When evaluation makes a difference

Visiting Prof Vinod Thomas and Assistant Prof Namrata Chindarkar from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS noted that governments routinely rely on evaluation to decide on investment projects in areas ranging from transport and energy to education and social protection.
