Why move to reduce examinations and emphasis on grades is disconcerting, but necessary

Dr Adrian Kuah, from the NUS Office of the President and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, opined that reducing the emphasis on examinations and grades in Primary and Secondary schools by the government need not inevitably lead to an erosion of education standards.
