Why the BRI needs the US

Assoc Prof Gu Qingyang from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that no country can replace China on the international market, in terms of infrastructure funding and construction capabilities. He added that the US should consider working with China on the Belt and Road initiative (BRI).
