Asean-India need to respond to GDPR in Europe

Mr Chan Jia Hao, Research Assistant (trade and economic policy) at the Institute of South Asian Studies at NUS, noted that trade pacts with the European Union may see provisions of its General Data Protection Regulation being incorporated into them.
