Device gives the bear facts about your water usage

A study conducted by Public Utilities Board and the NUS Dept of Real Estate on shower behaviour found that households with a water usage monitoring device that displayed animation, real-time information and ratings saved 3.8 litres per shower, a 20 per cent savings.
