Era of Chen Shui-bian is a cautionary tale for Tsai Ing-wen

Dr Qi Dongtao from the East Asian Institute at NUS cited learning lessons from the example of former Taiwanese President Mr Chen Shui-bian in his leadership of a “movement government”, and discussed the difficulties likely to be faced by Taiwanese President-elect Ms Tsai Ing-wen.
