Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, opined that two key developments in the world – Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's massive army overhaul and the rise of Donald Trump as a strong contender in the US presidential election - will determine how the world will be like several decades from now.
