The fallacy of dispute between COVID-19 pandemic and system

Prof Zheng Yongnian from the East Asian Institute at NUS discussed the importance of a governance system in battling with the COVID-19 pandemic and opined that its successful management would be dependent on the people's cooperation with the government.
