US, Japan and Russia in the North Korea nuclear crisis

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS analysed the impact of the North Korea nuclear crisis on the US, Japan and Russia. He noted that each of the countries has a different calculation on how the issue will affect its “national interests”.
