Xi’s offer of stability in a time of chaos

Mr Shahid Javed Burki, Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies at NUS and Pakistan’s former Minister of Finance, opined that it made a great deal of sense for China to opt for certainty and stability by extending the life span of President Xi Jinping’s administration.
