Business prof wins the Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions Award

Professor Jochen Wirtz from NUS Business School was presented with the “Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions to the Services Discipline Award” recently by the American Marketing Association Services Special Interest Group (SERVSIG). The award, which is presented annually by SERVSIG, recognises the individual whose teaching, research and service have had the greatest long-term impact on the development of the services discipline. Contributions to the services discipline should be significant, frequent, and include recent contributions.
