Voices of errant officials must be heard in order to target corruption at the source

Dr Guo Liangping from the East Asian Institute at NUS opined that the China’s anti-corruption campaign is based on value judgements that can be easily swayed by emotions and that its anti-graft efforts would be more effective if avenues were available for the public to hear the voices of errant officials.
