When can we witness a China that sees science as part of a way of life?

Prof Zheng Yongnian of the East Asian Institute at NUS discussed about how the recent Wuhan epidemic in China has exposed the country’s public over-reliance on the central government to take action against the disease instead of using science as a form of rational thinking.
