Ms Sumytra Menon, Senior Assistant Director from the Centre for Biomedical Ethics at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Dr Noreen Chan, Head & Senior Consultant from the Division of Palliative Care at the National University Cancer Institute at NUHS advised that conversations on advance care planning should take place early so that we can receive the care which is aligned to our values, goals and wishes.
