Prof Lim Chwee Teck named Fellow of the ASEAN Academy of Engineering & Technology
Professor Lim Chwee Teck, inaugural NUSS Professor at the Department of Biomedical Engineering has been elected Fellow of the ASEAN Academy of Engineering & Technology (AAET) in recognition of his contributions to the research and development of health technologies. Prof Lim is currently the Director of the Institute for Health Innovation and Technology (iHealthtech) at NUS as well as Founding Director of the NRF-supported Singapore Health Technologies Consortium.
The AAET Fellowship is awarded to eminent individuals from academia, research institutes, industry and government who have demonstrated successful leadership or outstanding contributions to engineering and technology, and played an important role in the overall development of the ASEAN region.
